Zoho One pricing in India and the cost of implementation
Zoho One has two Standard licensing models: All Employee and Flexible User. The lower price per licence does not automatically produce the lower company-wide bill. The choice depends on how many people are on payroll, how many need the suite and whether your organisation meets the licensing conditions.
The INR prices below were checked against the price data used by Zoho's official pricing page on 22 October 2026. GST calculations use 18%. Confirm the applicable rate, eligibility and final amount on your quotation before purchasing. Implementation and ongoing services are separate from software subscriptions.
Standard licence prices in INR
| Licensing model | Annual billing equivalent per month | Monthly billing | At 18% GST on annual equivalent | At 18% GST on monthly billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All Employee, per employee | ₹1,250 | ₹2,500 | ₹1,475 | ₹2,950 |
| Flexible User, per licensed user | ₹3,500 | ₹4,000 | ₹4,130 | ₹4,720 |
Annual billing is a yearly commitment, not a promise that you can pay the displayed annual equivalent each month. At the listed rates, one annual All Employee licence is ₹15,000 before GST and ₹17,700 including 18% GST. One annual Flexible User licence is ₹42,000 before GST and ₹49,560 including 18% GST.
Zoho's global website also describes Essentials. The official pricing data checked for this page did not list an INR Essentials price. We therefore do not invent an India price or present Essentials as an equivalent enterprise package.
Compare the bill for your whole organisation
Consider a company with 100 employees and 25 people needing the suite. At the annual rates shown, licensing all 100 employees costs ₹15,00,000 before GST per year. Licensing 25 Flexible Users costs ₹10,50,000 before GST. The Flexible option is cheaper in this example despite its higher per-user price.
At these rates, the annual licence-only break-even is approximately 35.7% of payroll: ₹1,250 divided by ₹3,500. This is arithmetic, not an eligibility ruling. Count employees according to Zoho's terms, compare the actual applications required and obtain written confirmation of the appropriate model.
Budget for implementation separately
Implementation can include discovery, process design, application configuration, migration, integration, testing and user training. The number of licences is an incomplete guide to effort: a smaller team with complex approval rules and several legacy interfaces may need more work than a larger team using a simple process.
Request a scope-based estimate with separate amounts for discovery, configuration, migration, integrations, custom development, testing and support. State the assumptions behind each amount: applications, interfaces, historical records, approval steps and client responsibilities. This gives your finance team a basis for comparing proposals. A headline implementation price without those boundaries can conceal work that will be charged separately or left to your own team.
Build a complete first-year budget
Add the annual licence bill, implementation, optional integrations or add-ons, training effort, support and a provision for approved changes. Distinguish external fees from the time your own process owners will need for decisions and testing. An implementation budget that omits internal participation can look attractive and still fail operationally.
Sanjay Tools and Accessories reported a 60% reduction in licence procurement cost compared with its previous Salesforce setup in Fristine's published case study. That historical result applies to that client's comparison. It is not a promise that every Zoho One customer will save 60%, or that licence savings alone justify an implementation.
Get a quote you can compare
Share payroll headcount, expected users, required applications, existing systems and the first process you want live. Ask for licence model, billing term, taxes, migration scope, integration assumptions and support to be shown separately. A clear quotation makes the commercial choice easier to evaluate.

Frequently asked questions
What is the current Zoho One price in India?
The Standard prices checked on 22 October 2026 were ₹1,250 per employee per month with annual billing for All Employee, and ₹3,500 per user per month with annual billing for Flexible User. Monthly billing was ₹2,500 and ₹4,000 respectively, before GST. Confirm the final quote and eligibility before purchase.
Does the All Employee model require every employee to be licensed?
Zoho's pricing terms require an organisation choosing All Employee pricing to purchase licences for all employees on payroll. You should not calculate the cheaper rate using only the people who will log in regularly. Confirm employee-count treatment and any specific contractual conditions with Zoho before selecting the model.
Are the prices shown inclusive of GST?
The base licence prices are shown before GST, with a separate calculation using 18% for comparison. For example, ₹1,250 becomes ₹1,475 at that rate. Your quotation and tax invoice should show the applicable tax treatment. Any entitlement to input tax credit is a matter for your finance team or tax adviser.
Is implementation included in the Zoho One subscription?
Do not assume that purchasing a subscription includes a customised enterprise rollout. Process design, data migration, bespoke development, integrations, testing and training need a defined scope. Zoho and its partners may offer different onboarding services. Ask what is included, what is excluded and who is responsible for each deliverable.
Why do implementation estimates vary so much?
Effort changes with the number of processes, data quality, integrations, approvals and custom applications involved. User numbers alone do not explain the difference. Compare proposals against the same requirements and acceptance criteria, including training and support. A low estimate with important work excluded is not directly comparable to a complete rollout scope.
Can we start with fewer applications and expand later?
Yes, the rollout can be phased around your most important processes. The licence terms still apply to the model you purchase, even when you initially use only part of the suite. Plan shared records, permissions and interfaces early so a later application does not require the first phase to be rebuilt.
Will Zoho One always cost less than separate applications?
No. Compare the applications and editions you actually need, the eligible user counts and the full annual cost. A suite can offer good value, but a small set of requirements may be better served by individual products. Include integration and administration effort in the comparison, and check current product entitlements.
What should be included in a written implementation quotation?
Ask for the business processes, applications, migration history, integrations, custom development, testing, training and support arrangement to be explicit. The quotation should also identify client responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions and change control. Separate licences and taxes from delivery fees so your team can understand both the initial investment and ongoing commitment.
