Home/AI Product Development

Build the product. Own the IP.

We build AI native products your company owns, on Zoho Catalyst, AWS, Azure and GCP. Discovery to production, with the code, models and IP handed to you.

Zoho CatalystAWSAzureGCP

AI product development is building software your company owns and operates, with AI capability inside the workflow rather than bolted alongside it. We build on Zoho Catalyst, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and hand over the repository, the infrastructure code and the documentation.

We know this territory because we’ve done it for ourselves: six products in production with clients, built on the same stack we’d build yours on.

Platform core, owned differentiation

Run standard operations on a platform, and build only what differentiates you. Don’t build a CRM. Don’t build accounting. Configure those. The market solved them.

But if the thing that makes customers choose you is a process, a piece of analysis, or a service you deliver differently, don’t try to configure that into someone else’s product. Build it, own it, and put it on infrastructure you control.

When building is the right call

The process is your differentiation

Your pricing model, your underwriting logic, your inspection methodology, things a platform can't hold.

You'll distribute it

Software your clients, brokers or partners use, where the application becomes part of what you sell.

No product exists for your niche

Specialist regulated workflows where the market is too small for a vendor.

Per-seat economics have inverted

At scale, licensing sometimes costs more than owning.

Data can't leave

Regulatory or contractual constraints that rule out SaaS.

What we build

AI native applications

Retrieval, extraction, drafting or conversation inside the workflow, with governance: permission boundaries, confidence thresholds, audit logs.

Customer & partner portals

Where your clients transact, upload documents, check status, and increasingly ask questions of their own data.

Internal operations platforms

The processes no packaged product holds, the unique workflows that differentiate your business.

Data products

Where the analysis itself is the product you sell, making your data and insights a revenue stream.

How we build

Weeks 1 to 3

Discovery & architecture

Requirements, technical design, platform choice, and a clear build plan.

Ongoing

Two-week build cycles

Working software every two weeks, with your users testing from the first cycle.

At handover

Everything you need to run it

Source repository, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, architecture docs, runbooks, evaluation suite, and knowledge transfer.

Platform choice

Zoho Catalyst

Serverless, fastest when the product lives close to a Zoho estate and you want minimal infrastructure overhead.

AWS / Azure / GCP

Full control, specific compliance posture, India-region residency, or an existing enterprise cloud commitment.

“That’s how Fristine introduced me to Zoho Creator for my enterprise application. I now have four different apps built on Creator which I have distributed among my clients, and they are happy as well.”

Common questions

Should we build or buy?

Buy the commodity, build the differentiation. If a product covers 80% of your need and the missing 20% isn't strategic, buy it. We'll give you the honest read.

Who owns the IP?

You do, unconditionally. Code, models, prompts, data. It's in the contract, not just the conversation.

Can you build on our existing cloud account?

Yes, and we prefer it. You own the infrastructure, you see the bills, and there's no dependency on us for access.

How do you handle AI evaluation in a product?

Every AI component ships with a labelled evaluation set from your real cases, re run on every model or prompt change.

What if we want to take over development later?

That's a normal outcome. The handover artefacts are built from day one: source repo, docs, runbooks, KT sessions.
