The problem it solves
The answer to most internal questions already exists in a system somebody has access to. Finding it takes four tabs, two colleagues and twenty minutes. So people either guess, escalate, or don’t ask. That cost is invisible and enormous.
Why citations are the whole point
An uncited AI answer is unusable in a business that has auditors. If the system says a client’s exposure is ₹4.2 crore, you need to know which records produced that number. Every FI Agent response links to its sources. That’s what makes it usable in a regulated advisory conversation, a credit decision or a board pack.
How it works
Connect your systems
Zoho CRM, Desk, Books natively. SAP, Tally, Shopify through connectors. Document stores and file shares.
Index with permissions
Records and documents indexed with their access metadata intact.
Ask in plain language
By web, mobile, or inside Zoho.
Retrieval, then answer
The agent retrieves relevant records, reasons over them, and answers with citations. If it can't find the answer, it says so.
Permission inheritance
The agent operates with the entitlements of the person asking. It cannot surface a record that user couldn't open.

What it’s good at
Account and customer context before a call or meeting
Operational status questions across systems
Policy and process lookups across internal documentation
Firm knowledge, 'have we done a project like this?'
Cross system questions that would otherwise need three logins
Common questions
What happens when it doesn't know?
It says it doesn't know and shows what it searched. A knowledge agent that guesses is worse than no knowledge agent.
Does it train on our data?
No. Your data is used for retrieval at query time only.
Can it write to our systems?
Read by default. Write actions are configurable with approval steps.
Ask it anything about your business
We’ll connect two of your systems and show you cited answers on your own data.
