The interesting part is the constraint. Anyone can make a model produce a good answer once. Making it produce a defensible answer every time, on messy Indian enterprise data, with an auditor’s trail, that’s the engineering.
How we work
Forward deployed
Many of our engineers spend time inside client operations, watching the work happen. You learn more in a week on a gold loan branch floor than in a month of requirement documents. It's also the fastest way to become genuinely senior.
Named accountability
The engineer who builds a system supports it. That's a discipline, not a punishment; it changes how you build.
We document
Because clients own what we build and must be able to operate it without us.
We say no
To projects that won't work. You won't spend a year on something everyone privately knows is doomed.
Who we hire
Engineers who like systems that touch reality, are comfortable with ambiguity in a client’s process, and can write clearly, we write a lot, to clients and for each other.
You don’t need AI experience to join the AI work. You do need to be good at engineering and honest about what you don’t know.
