The problem it solves
Support agents spend most of their day composing replies to questions they’ve answered before. Templates help and then hurt. Customers recognise them. First response time is the metric that moves customer satisfaction most, and it’s almost entirely composition time.
Why native matters
Most support AI tools live in a separate window. The agent copies the ticket out, pastes the answer back, and loses context. Adoption dies quietly. This runs inside Desk, on the ticket already open, using the thread and customer record already loaded. The workflow doesn’t change; the typing does.
What it does
Reads the full thread, not just the last message
Uses the customer record for context: tier, history, open orders
Drafts in your tone, configured from your best replies
Suggests knowledge base articles to attach
Categorises and suggests priority on arrival
Flags sentiment on threads heading for escalation
Handles multiple languages, including mixed language threads
What it doesn’t do
Send anything on its own, by default. The agent reviews and sends. Autonomous replies are possible for narrow, low risk categories once you’ve measured accuracy, but that’s a decision you make later with evidence.
Common questions
Will it sound like our team?
It's configured from your existing high-quality replies. Tone drift is a real risk with generic tools; reviewing every draft is the control.
Does it work with Zoho Desk's own AI features?
Yes, they coexist. Ours is focused specifically on full thread first response drafting.
Can we measure whether it's actually helping?
Yes: first response time, draft acceptance rate, edit distance and CSAT by queue. We set that measurement up in the pilot.
