Fristine Infotech is an enterprise technology firm based in Pune, India. We build and run the operational systems Indian companies depend on, and now the AI agents that work inside them. We are a Zoho Premium Partner, and part of Digital Synergy Ventures Group.
What we actually did for ten years
We implemented Zoho. Not as a reseller; as the team that sat with a broking operations head at 9pm working out why onboarding took four days, or with a manufacturer’s dispatch team arguing about what “order confirmed” means. Two hundred plus companies. Mostly mid market and enterprise, mostly where the system carried work that mattered.

The system is never the hard part
The hard part is that nobody has decided the process. We learned to insist on decisions before configuration.
Change is the permanent condition
Requirements appear the moment people use software. That became Build Run Change, funding change as a phase rather than treating it as failure.
Operational data is worse than anyone admits
Ten years of migrations taught us what actually lives in enterprise systems. That's why we don't sell AI agents to companies whose data can't support them.
Where we are now
We build production AI agents on Claude, GPT and Gemini, orchestrated in n8n. We engineer governed data platforms on Databricks and Snowflake. We have six AI products of our own in production with clients. And we still run the Zoho estates that carry our clients’ operations, because the agents work inside them.

To projects where the process isn't decided, to AI on data that can't support it, and to scopes we don't think will succeed.

Ranges on our service pages, honest limits on our product pages. If we can't substantiate a figure, we don't print it.
You own what we build.
Configuration, code, prompts, data models, documentation. If you replace us, you keep a working system.
