Generic product demos are a waste of everyone's afternoon. What you actually need to know is whether Zoho handles your awkward process. So that's what we demo.
How it works
Tell us one process that currently hurts. Give us the shape of it: who’s involved, what triggers it, where it breaks.
We show that process running in Zoho, configured ahead of time in a sandbox, using representative data. Then we show you the parts that don’t fit cleanly, because that’s the useful half.
A short written note: what standard configuration handles, what needs custom development, what should stay in another system, and an indicative effort range.
What we’ll tell you honestly
If Zoho is the wrong answer for your case, we’ll say so in the session. It happens. Companies with very heavy manufacturing costing, specific regulated core systems, or an existing platform that’s working fine.
Who should be in the room
The person who owns the process, one person who does the work daily, and whoever controls the budget. Missing the second one is the most common reason demos mislead.
Common questions
Is this a sales call?
It’s a working session with a demo in it. There’s a proposal conversation only if you ask for one.
Can you demo with our data?
With representative or anonymised data, yes. We don’t need production data for a demo.
Can you show AI agents in the same session?
Yes, voice agents, document processing or cited answers, whichever is relevant to your process. Worth flagging in advance so we prepare the right one.
