Anyone can sell you Zoho licences. The difference shows up in month seven, when your process changes and nobody knows why a workflow was built the way it was. We run Zoho as infrastructure: documented, versioned, owned by named engineers, and changed on a schedule rather than in a panic.
What we do
Implementation
Full rollouts of Zoho One, CRM, Desk, Books, Creator, People and Analytics, configured to your process rather than to a template.
Migration
Moving from Salesforce, spreadsheets, or an earlier Zoho instance somebody else configured. Data, history, integrations and users.
Integration
Zoho to SAP, Tally, core banking, RTA feeds, payment gateways, WhatsApp, and your own applications.
Custom development
Zoho Creator applications and Catalyst services where standard modules can’t reach.
Support and change
Our Build Run Change model: we build it, we run it, and we keep changing it as your business changes.
AI inside Zoho
Reply drafting inside Desk, document agents on incoming files, voice agents on outbound queues, and cited answers from your live records.
The Build Run Change model
Most implementation projects end at go live, which is exactly when the real requirements appear. BRC splits the engagement into three funded phases so change has a home.
Process mapping, configuration, data migration, integrations, UAT, go live.

Reply drafting inside Desk, document agents on incoming files, voice agents on outbound queues, and cited answers from your live records. Agents read your live CRM, Desk and Books records rather than a copy which is why the operational layer has to be right first.

Common questions
Are you a Zoho Premium Partner?
Yes. Fristine Infotech holds Premium Partner status in India, which requires certified consultants, delivery volume and customer satisfaction thresholds.
Do you resell licences or only provide services?
Both. Licences through us cost the same as buying direct; the difference is that implementation, support and change come from the same team.
How long does an implementation take?
A single department CRM rollout typically runs 6 to 10 weeks. A multi department Zoho One programme runs 4 to 6 months in phases.
We already have Zoho, badly configured. Do you fix or rebuild?
We assess first. The free CRM health check tells you which is cheaper. Rebuilds are less common than clients expect; most instances are salvageable.
Can AI agents work on our existing Zoho data?
Yes, and that’s the point. Agents read your live CRM, Desk and Books records rather than a copy, which is why the operational layer has to be right first.
