Safepack Solutions runs a multi-process packaging manufacturing operation where the enquiry-to-quotation cycle, specification management across product variants, order status visibility for customers, and dispatch coordination were all managed across disconnected systems. The sales team handled a mix of dealer and direct business, with each channel following different processes that had never been unified.
