The situation
Marvel Decor manufactures blinds and home furnishings with a dealer distribution network. The core challenge was handling made-to-measure orders: dealer order capture, specification handling across product variants, production scheduling against custom orders, dispatch and installation coordination, and dealer scheme management — all running across disconnected systems.
What we built
A Zoho implementation with Creator-based dealer portal, connecting the full order lifecycle from dealer specification capture through to production and dispatch.
Dealer order portal — Dealers capture made-to-measure specifications directly, eliminating phone and WhatsApp orders
Specification management — Product variants, measurements and customisation options validated at the point of entry
Production scheduling — Custom orders flow directly into production planning with material requirements
Dispatch and installation — Coordination from production completion through delivery and on-site installation
Dealer scheme management — Scheme configuration, compliance tracking and settlement
