The operational reality
Lead to demat
Between a prospect and a funded trading account sit KYC collection, PAN and Aadhaar verification, KRA lookup, video verification, e-sign, bank proof, segment activation and margin setup. Every step is a drop-off point.
KYC and KRA operations
Documents arrive in every format and quality. Fields must be extracted, cross-checked against registry data, and mismatches resolved. Volume is lumpy; a market rally doubles applications in a week.
Margin and risk communication
Margin calls, shortfall notices, peak margin reporting. Time critical, high volume, and expensive to do by phone with a human on every call.
Sub-broker networks
Empanelment, brokerage sharing, performance visibility, and support for partners who are effectively your distribution.
Service and grievance handling
SEBI-mandated grievance timelines, SCORES handling, and a service desk where positions and pending requests should be visible on one screen.
Reference and reconciliation
RTA feeds, exchange reference data from BSE and NSE, contract notes, ledger reconciliation and the exception queue that follows.
What we build

Every stage instrumented so you can see drop-off by step. Automatic routing, document checklists, status visibility for the customer, and escalation when an application ages.
Document extraction agents
Reading KYC packs, extracting and validating fields, cross-checking against registry and bank data, flagging mismatches, routing anything below confidence threshold to an ops executive.
Learn moreOutbound voice agents
Application completion chasing, appointment confirmation for video verification, dormant account reactivation. Multilingual with mid call switching, every call transcribed into CRM.
Learn moreService desk on Zoho Desk
Grievance timelines enforced by the system, AI drafted first responses, and the customer's full context on one screen.
Learn moreGoverned data layer
One definition per metric across acquisition, activation, brokerage and attrition, with lineage back to source.
Learn moreCited answers for ops teams
"Which accounts opened last month are still unfunded?" answered from live records, with the records attached.
Learn moreRegulatory notes specific to broking
SEBI CSCRF governs your cybersecurity posture, with obligations graded by your RE category, SOC coverage, VAPT by CERT-In empanelled auditors, and regulatory data stored in India.
DPDP applies to client data flowing through onboarding, consent artefacts, retention limits and deletion obligations.
Every agent we deploy in broking has human review on consequential decisions, immutable decision logs and a retained evaluation suite.
Common questions
How much of KYC can actually be automated?
Extraction and cross-checking, largely. Adjudication of mismatches stays human by design. Agents clear the routine files; the remainder reach an executive faster because the routine ones aren't in the queue.
Can you integrate with our RTA and exchange feeds?
Yes, RTA feeds, BSE and NSE reference data, and back-office systems. Integrations are idempotent and monitored, so a failed feed raises an alert rather than silently producing stale data.
Will the voice agent identify itself as AI?
Yes, by default, and we recommend keeping it that way. Disclosure is both the right practice and the safer regulatory position.
We already run a broking back office. Do you replace it?
Almost never. We build the front and middle office, acquisition, onboarding, service, MIS, and integrate with the back office you have.
