Renewals that don’t depend on someone remembering

An insurance broker’s revenue is a renewal book. We build the systems that make renewals systematic, plus claims, endorsements and insurer coordination, and put agents on the volume work.

The operational reality

Renewal management

Policies expiring across insurers, products and clients. The failure mode is rarely a lost competition; it's a date that passed.

New business and quote comparison

Requirement gathering, insurer submissions, quote collation, comparison presentation, and the follow up sequence.

Endorsements and mid-term changes

Additions, deletions, sum-insured changes, vehicle transfers. Low value each, high volume, and a source of client irritation when slow.

Claims support

Intimation, document collection, insurer coordination, status chasing and settlement follow up. This is where brokers earn loyalty or lose it.

Insurer coordination

Multiple insurers, each with their own portals, formats and turnaround. Your team's day is largely spent translating between them.

Commission reconciliation

Brokerage due, received and disputed across insurers.

What we build

Renewal engine on Zoho

Every policy with its date, owner and stage; automatic task generation on a cadence you set (90, 60, 30 days); escalation when a renewal ages without contact.

Voice agents on renewal and document chasing

Advance renewal contact at volume, appointment setting, and document-pending reminders during claims. Multilingual, transcribed into the policy record.

Document agents on claims

Reading claim documents and endorsement requests, extracting fields, checking completeness against the insurer's requirement list, flagging what's missing before it bounces.

AI drafted correspondence

Status updates, submission emails, follow ups, drafted from the record and reviewed before sending.

Learn more

Client and claims portal

Where clients see policy details, initiate claims, upload documents and check status without calling.

Cited answers across the book

"Which corporate policies renew in the next 45 days with no contact logged?", answered from live records.

Regulatory notes

IRDAI Information and Cyber Security Guidelines 2023: ISMS, designated CISO, annual audit by CERT-In empanelled auditor, VAPT, incident reporting, with obligations flowing down to vendors.

DPDP: health and claims data carry higher sensitivity, particularly in group business where you process employee data on behalf of a corporate client.

Common questions

Can you integrate with insurer portals?

Where insurers provide APIs, yes. Where they don't, we structure the workflow so the manual step is minimal and tracked. We'll be straight about which of your insurers fall into which category.

Will AI handle claims decisions?

No. Claims decisions belong to the insurer. Our agents handle document completeness, extraction, status communication and chasing, the administrative load, not the adjudication.

Do you support both retail and corporate broking?

Yes, though they need different configurations. Retail is volume and renewal cadence, corporate is relationship depth, group administration and tender cycles.
