The operational reality
Leisure businesses earn a disproportionate share of annual revenue on a small number of peak days, and lose customers on the experience of those same days. The systems that matter are the ones that hold up when it counts.
Seasonal demand concentration
Systems and staff sized for average days, tested on peak ones.
Group and corporate bookings
Higher value, longer lead time, more coordination. Enquiry, quote, negotiation, confirmation, payment and day of logistics. Usually managed in email.
Membership and season passes
Renewal is the whole economics, and renewal depends on someone contacting the member before expiry.
Guest experience recovery
A complaint handled well produces loyalty; one lost in a queue produces a review. Recovery depends on speed.
Capacity and yield
Slot availability, dynamic pricing and no show management.
Multi channel bookings
Direct, OTA, agent and walk in, needing one view of availability and one view of the guest.
What we build

Every enquiry owned and clocked, group enquiry pipelines with quote versioning, and confirmation workflows tied to payment.
Learn moreMembership management
Member records, entitlements, usage, renewal dates and lapse tracking, with renewal campaigns that start early enough to work.
Voice agents on confirmations and renewals
Booking confirmations and reminders that directly reduce no shows, membership renewal calls before expiry, and post visit feedback collection. Multilingual, transcribed, with outcomes written back.
Learn moreGuest service desk
Complaints and requests from every channel in one queue with the guest's booking history attached, SLAs on response, and AI drafted first responses.
Learn moreGroup logistics
Day of coordination: manifests, catering, timings, special requirements, with the operations team working from one record instead of an email chain.
Feedback and recovery loop
Automated post visit feedback, negative responses routed immediately to a manager with the booking context.
Dashboards on footfall and revenue
Occupancy, yield, channel mix, membership renewal rate, refreshed daily through peak season.
Learn moreFrom our client work
“Implementing Zoho CRM in our organisation was very difficult as our business model is unique. But Fristine Infotech helped us to do this effectively. Their approach was very positive and made things easy for our implementation. The requirements were very well understood by the team.”

Common questions
Can you handle dynamic pricing and yield management?
Rule based pricing by day type, slot and channel, yes. Full algorithmic yield optimisation is a specialist system. We would integrate rather than rebuild it.
Do you integrate with OTAs and booking engines?
Yes, where APIs exist. The goal is one availability view and one guest record regardless of channel.
Does the voice agent handle inbound booking calls?
It can handle inbound enquiry qualification and standard questions, then transfer. For complex group bookings, a human closes. The value is too high to automate the negotiation.
How quickly can this be live before season?
Core booking and membership workflows in a few weeks. Start at least a quarter before peak season. Deploying into peak load is a bad idea and we will advise against it.
