Common questions
Do you need admin access?
Read only administrator access is enough for the assessment.
Will you try to sell us a rebuild?
The report states which option is cheaper and why. Rebuilds are less common than clients expect.
Our CRM isn’t Zoho. Can you still assess it?
We can assess Salesforce, Freshsales or a spreadsheet based process, with the caveat that our depth is greatest in Zoho.
