The situation
Breakthrough New York is an education non-profit that works with students from under-resourced communities across New York City. Their programmes span multiple years, involving student tracking, volunteer coordination, donor management and outcome reporting. The operational complexity had outgrown spreadsheets, and they needed a system that could manage the full lifecycle — from student enrolment through programme delivery to impact measurement — without the cost structure of enterprise education platforms.

A Zoho implementation configured for an education non-profit — managing students, programmes, volunteers and donors in one system, with reporting built for grant compliance and impact measurement.

This is a non-Indian client on a site positioned for the Indian market. We include it because it demonstrates delivery standards that travel — the same process discipline and system design that we bring to Indian enterprises, delivered to an international non-profit with different constraints but the same expectation of rigour.
